A. No refunds will be issued if a phone consult or Zoom meeting ends prior to the scheduled time. For this reason, we suggest you prepare ahead of time and compile a list of questions to best utilize your time and money. This is also why we offer 15, 30, and 60 minute session options.
Q. What if the electrician is unable to answer my question(s), will I receive a refund?
A. Unfortunately we cannot issue a refund, being that we give advice to the best of our knowledge, which is stated in the description when booking.
